It is almost Spring here in Charleston, SC and I think this bag from Ipsy's My Glam Bag is full of must have items for Spring. The colors are nice and bright and I feel ready for the 80 degree weather!

Even the bag screams "Bring on the warm weather!". Plus as a bonus it is almost all makeup and only 1 hair care item. I am not sure about you guys but I feel like other boxes are becoming less and less make up and more about other things like skin care, hair care, etc. This is why I love Ipsy and other more make up oriented boxes.

Tini Beauty- This is the first item I have seen from this company that is not nail polish and I am excited about it. It is an eye shadow and base in one. So it is a new year and I am excited to see what Ipsy has in store for us this year. One of the things that I love about Ipsy is the bonus offers that come in with each brand. They do not sell any of their products in the bag on their website so this is a great way to get more of what you love with a great deal. They do have a point system and you earn points by referring friends to the subscription.

I have to admit that I love getting my items in a bag each month instead of a box I just throw away but I am getting a little stockpile of them and not sure what to do with them.  I have given a ton away but I still have more. I guess there are worse problems to have in life!

Since New Year's is only two weeks away I love that the theme of this month's Ipsy's My Glam Bag is CELEBRATION! All the items in this month's bag are perfect to make a glamorous look for your big party this year. Ipsy is full of great videos and ideas on how to create the perfect look you want.

 

 

I have to say that this is probably one of my favorite bags yet. For those of you who are new to Ipsy, you get all your goodies in a cosmetic bag. I have given most of my bags away because I do not need 12 bags that are all the same size. I do wish they would send some different size bags...

I have to say that Ipsy's My Glam Bag is one of my favorite things to come in the mail each month. Not only because the products are awesome but also the customer service is top notch and the value is incredible! Check it out...

Sexy Hair- I am excited about this because it is not another conditioner. This is used on damp hair to help speed up drying time and to help control frizz! Plus there is a coupon to save $5. Retail Value- $4.40

Sation- This is such a pretty color of nail lacquer for spring. Plus a coupon for 20% off. Retail Value- $5

Bombshell Cosmetics- So I have to say that I was disappointed when this full size blush arrived because it was crushed and broken. But I contacted Ipsy and they are sending a replacement.  Yaby- The two eyeshadow samples are too cute! And if I put a tiny magnet on the back then I can out it in the Glam RX case. Retail Value- $6.78

 

GlamRX- Ok I wasn't sure about this when it arrived and I had to go do some research on it. This is meant to hold loose eye shadows and other items with a magnetic backing. The inside of the case is hallow and magnetic. This is going to be great for the Yaby eyeshadow. Retail Value- Unknown

 

La Fresh- These are travel make-up remover towels. I love these for travel! It is so much better than taking liquid make up remover. Retail Value- $1.49

 

Juice Beauty- This hydrating mist is going to be great for my plane trip this April! Retail Value- $4

 

I have to say even though I like the products in this months bag I am not too thrilled with the value. But on a side note I have received so many amazing products that are worth so much more than my box cost that I feel like it balances out every once in a while.

I am not sure this is one of the best Glam Bags I have received. Here is what I received...

Lash Cards- So this was the first thing I pulled out of the bag and I thought "oh good I have 3 of these packs already". Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if I didn't receive several beauty boxes but I do so I was not excited to see these. Oh and I haven't used the ones I have yet. Retail Value- $2

Coastal Scents Eyeshadow- I like the smokey eye colors of this pallet but I have learned from this brand that you better not get any on your skin other than your eye because it doesn't wipe away easily. Some little bits of dust came off my brush the last time I was using this brand and I had to use make up remover to "clean up" around my eyes. Retail Value- $4

Pixi Primer- I am actually excited about this product because it is not something you see in a box every month. Plus it is oil free and that is perfect for me! Retail Value- $14.50

Pop Mascara- I like mascara but I feel like I am in mascara over load right now. But I will give it a shot but I am always looking for a fabulous mascara. Retail Value- $9

Mica gel eyeliner- I was very excited to see this in my bag but then I realized that they did not include a brush to apply it with. This is a new product for me so I guess I am going to have to go buy a brush. Retail Value- $30

I still love My Glam Bag but I think there needs to be a little bit more variety and I love brushes so send more of those!!

Mirabella- They sent a primer that is designed to give your skin a silky and smooth feeling. Retail Value- $29

NYX- I think this pink loose eyeshadow is a great base color! Retail Value- $3

My Glam Bag is easily becoming one of my favorite things to arrive in the mail! I love the quality of the products and that I get make up. There is not a lot of hair care or skin care which is nice because I love make up! So what arrived this month?

It was a little tough to give you the value of the bag for this month because of the travel sizes. But regardless the bag was worth well over the $10 I paid for it! There was a bonus coupon in my bag from Just Fab for $20 off my first purchase.
